Collection: Sandkås Ceramics

In Sandkaas on Bornholm, between beach and forest, lies Sandkås Keramik. The small pottery workshop is run by ceramist Lena Mossin, who creates handmade ceramics. Each piece is unique and hand-thrown by Lena, meaning no two pieces of pottery are alike. From beautiful mugs to fantastic small vases, the pottery is a delight to the eye.

All items are hand-thrown in stoneware clay, often with small pieces of lava added, which gives it the speckled surface. After bisque firing and glazing, the stoneware clay is fired at a high temperature of 1250 degrees, making it suitable for regular ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers. All glazes are food-safe.
