The jewellery is made by jewellery designer May Bjørn Riis, the founder of MayB for you. All her jewellery is handmade in her workshop in Gudhjem, Bornholm. And as May herself describes it, "When you buy something from a craftsperson, you're not just buying a simple thing. You're buying hundreds of hours spent on experiments, failures, and successes. May has experimented with glass and glass beads for 20 years. Her beautiful jewellery is simple and classic in its expression, and the colour combinations are clearly inspired by Bornholm - cliffs, sea, and forest.
